The United States Patent and Trademark Office has launched a new “Trademark Feedback mailbox”, available at TMFeedback@uspto.gov.
This new mailbox will be launched to contact the USPTO with complaints, compliments or other feedback for the trademark operation. It does not constitute an official filing in connection with trademark applications or registrations, and will not be part of the official record.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is broadening the delivery of electronic notifications to trademark applicants who have authorized email communication with the USPTO.
On March 2010 three extra notices will be provided electronically:
- Notice of Acceptance of Amendment to Allege Use
- Notice of Acceptance of Statement of Use
- Notice of Approval of Extension Request
